My indirect water heater stopped producing hot water and I contacted two other plumbers in the area, both of which had to come out twice each and could only recommend replacing the entire water heater after putting "band-aids" on the problem. Thankfully I reached out to Order a Plumber who sent their service technician Joe to give another opinion. Joe, who was absolutely professional, accessed what the real problem was at the boiler and recommended to not replace the entire water heater but fix the actual area's that were corroded. Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. A month later all is working properly.
